Aquila Events, a brand owned and operated by Ramaaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., provides end-to-end event planning, conceptualization, management, and staffing solutions. These services include, but are not limited to, Corporate Summits, Luxury Destination Weddings, Live Concerts, Brand Activations, and Custom Exhibition Stalls.
Specific event execution scopes, budgets, crew deployments, and client deliverables are governed by individual client contracts or Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Estimates, Invoices, and Payments
All pricing structures outlined on our website or during initial talks are base estimates. Final budgets depend on vendor charges, fabrication scale, artist bookings, and overall scope.
- All event project payments must be cleared in accordance with milestones defined in the client SOW.
- Advance booking amounts are mandatory for reserving venues, locking artist dates, and starting fabrication work.
- We reserve the right to pause or cancel setups if scheduled milestone payments are delayed.
4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals
To ensure timely execution, clients are required to approve designs, layouts, and vendor selections within specified timelines. Delays in design approvals or content submission may affect setup timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom 3D renders, physical event set designs, and creative briefs created specifically for the client remain the property of Aquila Events (Ramaaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) until full payments are cleared.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aquila Events (Ramaaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), its directors, or crew be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential disruptions caused by force majeure events, venue-related restrictions, or third-party artist cancellations.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
